Nine
Nine years ago today, my beloved ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
cheshcat and I arrived in Merry Olde England. It wasn't my first time, having been twice before... but the date is significant because that was when we arrived to make our home here.
Seriously? How has it been nine years?? Still the proof is there -- see for yourself!
I don't have much to say today, given that I've made length entries in each of the past three days[*], but I thought that this was an anniversary worth noting.
We spent the first night in London, so tomorrow will be nine years since the very first time we set foot in Oxford. I still remember the two of us arriving at the train station, four 75 pound suitcases in tow, and not knowing where anything at all was located.
[*] Four consecutive days of LJ entries? Wowza, that's like old times!

By the way, you may be amused to know that the shark house has been on the rental market for a few months now. Check it out by clicking on this link (https://andrewsonline.co.uk/rent/details/32917/the-shark-house-headington-ox3)![*]
It's a four bedroom -- nice and spacious. Before I got the post in Sheffield, the three of us briefly toyed with the idea of moving into the shark house, but the monthly rent put us off. It's £2250, which is out of our budget by a considerably margin. Not entirely sure what
Ah well -- no longer relevant, now is it? :-D
