Just procured the truck. Haven't driven one of these things since 2005, but it all feels very familiar. From 1996 - 2005, I drove moving trucks far more than I'd like to think about.

Time to lock and load. Or, really, just load. Today's the big one...

Also: Am happy to report that I arrived safely back in Oxford last night... and so did the Bob Layton Iron Man picture that you gave me for my 30^th birthday! Was nervous about transporting it, but much padding within clothing allowed it to make the trans-Atlantic journey unharmed.

Back to Heathrow in a moment to collect cheshcat, along with Stumpy and Chirp. The latter two, I suspect, will be unharmed but more agitated than the Iron Man artwork!

Oh, excellent! I'm glad to hear it made the journey unscathed. Fair winds and safe travels to Her Beepness and the cats! I hope the kitty-boys will get along with them and vice versa, although these things do take a while to work out. It will be interesting to see if The Boy remembers his sisters after so many years apart.
