As EB and I were walking home from dinner in Summertown tonight, a parked car caught my eye. It was a VW Passat... with Virginia license plates. Guess somebody followed these directions.

You know... I'm looking forward to meeting you when I'm in Chicago next month... but I suspect that I am going to be involuntarily surprised when you don't look like a big happy polar bear.

Oh, damn -- you really are far away, aren't you? I just checked your locale on your profile page. Since we know so many folks in common, I had figured you were fairly local. Ooops -- my mistake!

I'd still like to actually meet you in person, but I'll totally understand if you can't manage the commute.
