No, it was taken during the magnetic storm and auroral display of 6-7 April; apparently the volcano was just simmering gently, gathering its strength. (In order to get both the aurora and the incandescent lava into a 100x100 square, I took the liberty of changing the picture's aspect ratio; in the original, the volcanic fire isn't so tall - it's closer to the shape of a campfire. I also boosted the color saturation on the green aurora, but even so it's not as visible as I'd like.)
